Passion for the Day: To be a Chillpill
x
Use RWS/MBS vouchers given by father-uncle-friend gamblers to book a nice restaurant
Pick
up your girl from work and comment on how beautiful she looks in that
long-flowing black dress, and please, try not to squint to see if it's
see-through! It's rude!
The carpark in RWS is huge, but they
offer a Free Carpark Shuttle service on a buggy! So that's useful.
Especially when your girl is in heights. For RWS, Remember to park in B2
Hotel Michael. (See Point 5)
Have a brilliantly scrumptious free dinner, preferably with a live band, while always remembering to pull her seat out for her or stand when she excuses herself.
If you are in RWS, exit out through Hotel Michael to gain free entry into Sentosa.
Remember
to bring a bottle of wine to surprise your girl by a quiet corner of
the beach. Chill and hang out, talk about both your dreams and
aspirations, or dance in the rain. Bring your smartphone for some tunes.
Don't forget the beach towels!
On the ride back, stop at random
locations that is scenic and take pictures to remember! Stop along the
Sentosa Bridge, if you dare ;). Another good place is Keppel Bay's
bridge.
Total damage: <$20 - including parking fee ($8), beers and the like.
Like the above? It's been tested and tried last friday!
And even though everything that could possibly go wrong did, why should
we harp on the bad stuff when we have so much to be thankful about? We
love going to our quiet spot on the beach. It's our little rejuvenation
time and we always find something new there. No pictures to show 'cos
Ainsley is keeping them all hostage.
Singapore is only as boring as the individual makes it out to be!
