BODY ROCKING IN THE THE HOUSE TONIGHT

Hi guys,

Ainsley is away for a month.
And I meant this for a surprise for him, but I feel mean not to share...
So, here it is:

30 days of Bodyrocking?
Challenge accepted!!!


heh. gonna get ready a hot bod to shock him hopefully when he returns.
Today is Day Number 1 and I will be posting my progress here everyday!
You guys are welcome to join in (:
I am sweating over the keyboard while typing this!

Day 1: Fitness Test


Just an easy start to gauge where you stand. The 7 exercises are done 50 sec each with a 10 sec rest time in between. I was sweating but not dying towards the end!

Here is my list:
Squat Jump - 26
Push ups (girl stance) - 12
Burpees - 7
High knees - 74
Switch lunges - 21
Tuck jumps - 15
Straight abs - 6 (I always suck at sit ups la!!!)

I think the tuck jumps and burpees are the hardest. I was so tired by the time it reached the tuck jumps.. I was like okay, just do 15 cos it's my lucky number!!

Yay! I did it! Not in the best shape - but hopefully when I look back after the month, I would have improved!

Will be back tonight with a food post!
Looking forward to it!!
