Body Rock 30 Day Challenge - Day 1

I have decided to start the body rock again. For those who might remember, I did it back in Jan 2012.
Here are my scores:
1. Squat Jumps: 25
2. Push ups: 16
3. Burpees: 13
4. High Knees: 100
5. Switch Lunges: 20
6. Tuck Jumps: 18
7. Straight Abs: 11
7 exercises, 50 sec each, 10 sec break in between.
Doing much better than back in 2012 :) must be the gym sessions, although infrequent.
Here's the video, get away from your computer, and give it a go!
