but figured that's no reason to skip a 12-min good workout.
It's just 12 minutes right?

Day 2: Good Feeling Workout!
KILLED ME! and i tried not to stress my body so much, coming down with a cold and all.
As usual, it is 12 sets of 50 sec with 10 sec rest periods in between.
here's my pathetic list:
10 x High Knees & 10 x Mountain Climbers - 6 sets
2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Push-ups (Girl) & 1 x Tuck Jumps - 6 sets
Centre to Elbow Jump (L&R) & 2 x leg jumps - 4 sets
Clean & Press & Squat & Press & Push Up - 5 sets
Tuck Jumps x 5 & ½ Burpee & squat hold x 5 - 1 freaking set only!!!!!
Push-ups (Girl) - 10
Switch Lunge & Press - 12 sets
Side Lunge x 2 & L & R Side Punch & 2 Tuck Jumps - 4 sets cos my hands-feet coordination a bit salah!
10 x Squat & 10 x Squat Jumps - 1 freaking set!!!! Damn tiring!
Elbow to Knee jumps 10 x each side - 2 sets
Wide leg jumps & Push up - 11 sets in 30 sec - I gave up after that
Speed run - For the full 50s!
phew! but satisfied (:
now let me go die somewhere haha!

On another note, I came home today and found out that Nik was sent to the vet for teeth extraction - now he's back, super high and left with 3 teeth :( It pains my heart.
This made me realized why I want kids over dogs. It literally breaks me apart every time I lose a beloved pet - ask Ainsley he understands. Domestic pets will always have lifespans shorter than yours whereas kids, all tragic accidents barring, live to bury you.
So yeah, let the 'Make-a-Kid" project begin!!!!
